Christmas is canceled in Cave Creek. It was recently announced that the Calendar Committee at Cactus Shadows will not be releasing students for Winter (Christmas) Break until December 23, interfering with students plan to travel out of town.

Bebee says this is just the way the day’s fall in the week but made no motion for the committee to reassemble.

Other holidays were given recondition: “(For Halloween I’m going to) be a dad and stay at home and watch Monday night football,” said Bebee. When asked of his favorite Thanksgiving food he said “all of it.” With these other holidays receiving administrative praise, Christmas is left in the dust.

“I refuse to go Black Friday shopping,” said Bebee. While his wife gets up at five to go gift shopping, Bebee says he only prefers to shop for himself.

Even shopping on the discount for others is out of the question. “I can’t say that I have (ever been thrift shopping),” said Bebee.

The inherit dislike of the birth of Santa Claus even extends to the air conditioners as new electronic ones will be installed preventing the intense chill known as a Winter Wonderland to occur in any room.

“I had no idea Steve had a problem with my little operation,” said Kris Kringle, popular holiday home invader. Kringle has not seen Bebee since December 25 of last year.

“I thought we were pretty good friends I mean I took his family out for boiled goose… he seemed to really hit it off with the little people in my shop too,” laments Kringle.

Taking a break from poetry. Going to start writing some things from a story that’s set in a sex cult. But it won’t be centered around sex. Or around these oppressed people searching for freedom. I’m drawing more inspiration from Woody Allen films meaning that this will just be about relationships more than anything else. I won’t be making some grand statement on sexuality in society. About 50 pages into what is supposedly one of the 21st century’s best novels. It’s about this older couple and their relationship to their kids and all that classic dysfunctional family-ness which sold me immediately. What I can’t get over though is the character of Chip Lambert. Never before have I read of someone that has so many similarities to myself (for better of worse [I mean the guy was even with someone named Melissa.]) I won’t get too specific about how he is like me because I think that probably none of my followers have read this so posting a ven diagram of sorts would be obscenely irrelevant. Maybe later actually. Whatever.

I mean sure it’s okay to take comfort in your small job in your small town with your caring parents that check your grades almost as much as you do with your promise ring bearing non-threatening boyfriend by your side that would fuck you without thinking twice as long as it was slow and beautiful and conor oberst (gospel) played in the background with your small community of friends that will not leave the eternal lunch menu of pizza and punch with your adherence to every rule and avoidance of any kind of conflict with your dreams of summer reflected by obnoxious obnoxious obnoxious reblogs that vandalise your dashboard and saturate your mind with pleasure with your endless bliss with your thank you’s and yes that looks good with your future success and your acceptance as a house wife but those lights of potential shine like roman candles shine like a marquee shine like your face did when exposed to the flashlight behind my car all those months ago those lights that dangle in front of you the apple in front of a mule it sits still while you make a complete ass of yourself by not sprinting towards them as if your oh-so-stable-lifestyle was going up in flames.
